Radish Bites

Looking for a simple yet elegant appetizer? These radish bites combine the crunch of fresh radishes with creamy garlic herb butter on whole grain rounds for a delightful burst of flavor!

Ingredients:

  • Whole grain bread, cut into rounds with a small biscuit cutter (12-16 pieces)

  • Fresh radishes, thinly sliced

  • Kerrygold garlic herb butter, softened

  • Fresh parsley, leaves torn from stems

  • Sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Radishes:

    • Wash the radishes thoroughly and trim off the ends.

    • Thinly slice the radishes using a mandoline or a sharp knife for uniform slices.

  2. Assemble the Bites:

    • Spread a generous layer of Kerrygold garlic herb butter onto each bread round.

    • Arrange 2 slices of radish on top of the butter.

  3. Garnish:

    • Sprinkle the radish bites with a leaf of fresh parsley.

    • Add a pinch of sea salt to each bite for an extra flavor boost.
