Radish Bites

Ingredients:
Whole grain bread, cut into rounds with a small biscuit cutter (12-16 pieces)
Fresh radishes, thinly sliced
Kerrygold garlic herb butter, softened
Fresh parsley, leaves torn from stems
Sea salt
Instructions:
Prepare the Radishes:
Wash the radishes thoroughly and trim off the ends.
Thinly slice the radishes using a mandoline or a sharp knife for uniform slices.
Assemble the Bites:
Spread a generous layer of Kerrygold garlic herb butter onto each bread round.
Arrange 2 slices of radish on top of the butter.
